Developing a tool that utilizes both real-time and historical data to map out where, when and how much fish has been caught around Iceland. The main goal of the tool is to assist fisheries and captains to plan their fishing trips. It gives them valuable information and insight to add into their planning process.
Founder
Rut is the founder of Aflavaktin, knowing the problem it is addressing very well, as she is has been the captain of her own fishing boat and is also a computer scientist.
